Maco
/Sounds like "MAH" (as in "mark") + "koh" (as in "coat")/
Something or someone of poor quality, ugly, or without value in the Dominican Republic. Maco describes anything that looks cheap, badly made, or just plain bad, and everyone can see it from a distance.
