Meaning

To beat someone up or give them a serious thrashing, central Mexican slang for physical violence. 'Te voy a surtir' is a direct threat: I'm going to put hands on you. Short, brutal, and leaves no room for misinterpretation on the streets of Mexico City and beyond.
