/Sounds like "FREHS-kah"/

An Ecuadorian expression meaning "chill," "no problem," "don't worry about it." "Tranqui, fresca" means stay calm, no stress. It's the Ecuadorian response to calm someone worried or close a tense conversation. The masculine variant "fresco" works the same. Used both as a standalone affirmation and alongside other calming words. It's a daily filler in Ecuadorian highlands and coast.
