In Mexico, an extreme cheapskate who will not spend a single peso even when it is obviously expected. Beyond just being frugal, a pichicato is stingy to a ridiculous or uncomfortable degree: never tipping, never chipping in for group meals, always conveniently forgetting their wallet. Stronger and more colorful than just calling someone "codo."

Chupar
To drink alcohol, to go out boozing with friends. In Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, chupar is the most direct and everyday way to say you are going out to drink. It implies a social gathering, good company, staying out late, and probably no regrets.
