A very common Mexican expression showing disappointment, disapproval, or sympathy when something unfair or unfortunate happens. Roughly means "that sucks" or "that's messed up."

Regional synonyms

Drunk, under the influence of alcohol. A softer way to say it than "borracho," but the effect is the same: someone who has had too much and it shows. Common in Peru, Colombia, and Chile.
