An extreme intensifier prefix used in Spain and Mexico that cranks up any adjective beyond its limits. When "very" and "really" just are not enough, you stick requete in front of the word. It has a playful, almost cartoonish energy that makes it fun to use.

Estar como las huevas
To feel terrible, be in the worst possible mood, or be in genuinely bad shape physically or emotionally. In Chile this is one of the most direct expressions for hitting rock bottom mood-wise. When someone is "como las huevas," they are not available for anything.
