A person who does sloppy, half-baked work with zero professionalism. In Spain, "chapucero" is the go-to word for terrible craftsmanship, especially from plumbers, electricians, and handymen who leave things worse than they found them. A "chapuza" is the botched job itself. Also used in Mexico for anyone who cuts corners and delivers garbage-quality work.
