Bandera de México

/KO-chi/

A pig, or a very dirty and messy person. In northern and central Mexico, 'cochi' comes from the Nahuatl word for pig and is used both literally and figuratively. When your room looks like a sty or your habits are questionable, you're acting like a cochi.

Example

"Don't let the pig into the garden or it'll dig everything up."

"Clean up your room, you pig — it's a disaster in there."
