When something is so hard to understand it might as well be written in another language. Used in Mexico and Spain when a topic, document, or explanation goes completely over your head and you have basically given up trying to follow it.

Pasota
A completely apathetic person who doesn't care about anything and never commits to anything. The Spanish 'pasota' is the philosophical opposite of engaged, politics, responsibilities, relationships, none of it generates any reaction. Pure indifference as a lifestyle.
