Meaning

In Mexico, a gossip and drama-stirrer who loves creating scandals for no good reason. A mitotero is always where they are not invited, knows everyone's business before anyone else, and absolutely cannot keep a secret. If something juicy happens, they will make sure the whole office knows by lunch.
