A completely apathetic person who doesn't care about anything and never commits to anything. The Spanish 'pasota' is the philosophical opposite of engaged, politics, responsibilities, relationships, none of it generates any reaction. Pure indifference as a lifestyle.

In Colombia, a person who drinks alcohol too often or is known for always having a drink in hand. The copeton always has a reason to have one more and heads straight for the bar at any event.
